How it works…
This program is designed to get what you need, and fast.
- The program contains 3 modules, each consisting of a pre-recorded video & exercise, followed by a 90min, 1-on-1 coaching session with Sandra
- You will receive access to an online portal that has 3 modules with 3 videos and accompanying exercises.
- You must complete the video module and exercise before you have your 1-on-1 coaching session, so you can review the exercise, ask questions and get feedback.
- You will then have access to all of the training material and workbooks to help keep you on track for the future.
- After the 3-Module program finishes, if you require additional support and training, you can work with Sandra on an hourly basis.
What's Included in the
Each Module consists of 1 x Video & Self-Paced Exercise, followed by a 90-min Strategy Call to review the contents of the exercise, answer questions and be personally coached by Sandra.
MODULE 1
What's Your Magic Number?
In this module, you will learn how to create a pricing strategy for your business:
- You will receive a video that explains how to create a pricing strategy that values your time, expertise and experience
- You will receive a calculator that has inputs for you to calculate your income target for the year and how many sales you require to reach that target
- You will have a 1-on-1 meeting with Sandra to review your Pricing Strategy and make necessary changes to achieve your desired business growth
You’ll finish this module with a complete picture of how many clients/products sales you require in order to hit your income target for the year.
MODULE 2
Turn Your Pain into Profit
We all know that running a business is no easy feat. In this module you will learn:
- How to implement your new pricing strategy and break it down by 12 months in a calendar year
- How to calculate your costs of doing business, and offset it by your income
- Tax-effective strategies to turn a profit, maximize your time and effort and re-invest back into your business
- You will have a 1-on-1 meeting with Sandra to review your numbers, find opportunities for growth and ways to reduce expenses and ask questions about your existing processes and how to make them more efficient.
You’ll finish this module with a clear break-down of what your month-by-month calendar looks like from an income & expenses perspective and a complete roadmap of your business year, so that you know exactly what you need to do to hit your income target.
MODULE 3
How to Create a Growth Plan that Sticks
The secret to building wealth is to stop trading your time for money. In this lesson, you’ll learn:
- How to diversify your income and create passive income streams
- How to spend less time in your business and more time on your business
- How to grow your income, without trading more time for money, so you can create ultimate time freedom and flexibility
You’ll finish this module with a clear idea of the next stages of your business growth, how to start making your money (your profit!) work for you, and how to spend more time on the big picture ideas, instead of on the day-to-day management.

Hi, I'm Sandra Joe
After formerly working as a Certified Financial Planner® CFP, I realized that there was a need for the younger generation to learn money management and financial literacy in order to build wealth over time. I like to call these the years where you are “in the trenches”. I love to work with ambitious people who are juggling careers, young families, new businesses, buying their first property and looking at ways to maximize their income, get out of debt faster and create more time freedom.
