Over a the course of 6 months, we will begin with a weekly one-on-one coaching session for the first 10 -12 sessions (Individuals 8 sessions, couples 10 sessions). Following the first round of weekly sessions, you will have a monthly check-in call to discuss any questions, issues or changes to your circumstances. This will be an accountability call that will ensure you are on track and following your plan.
